Performance Review


Saya ada lagi setengah jam lagi sebelum saya punya appraisal..sangap gak ..Wonder what kind of Q they will ask..apraisal tiap tiap tahun tapi macam tu juga saya tengok tak ada apa apa pun follow up action untuk staffs.. DRAMA .. kalau ada world wide survey menanyakan perlu atau tidak appraisal ini dilakukan untuk perkerja pekerja saya dengan senang hati nya akan berkata TIDAK, Sebabnya? Sebabnya semua ni DRAMA je..lepas tu buang masa employer dan juga employee, nak tahu bagus ke tidak seseorang pekerja tu dengan cara mereka berkerja la..tengok end result assignment yang diberikan bagaimana? Lepas tu tgk dari displin mereka..kan senang tak payah nak bazir bazir kan masa..orang melayu kan selalu cakap MASA itu EMAS!! Cuba korang tengok kedai mamak yang melambak lambak kat KL tu cuba korang Tanya aney yang tebar roti canai tu diorang pernah kena appraise tak dengan majikan diorang? Cuba Tanya mak cik yang jual nasi lemak pagi pagi tu, Tanya dia pernah appraise pembantu dia tak? Tak pun Tanya apek kat kedai basikal appraisal tu apa? Jawaban nya mesti , TIDAK, TIDAK dan “apa itu apirasel? “

Selepas sejam……
1. Specifically discuss how well the colleague display the company hallmark and guiding principles:
- Jumeirah Hallmarks
- Guiding Principles

Good quality performance: The Colleague demonstrates competent and consistent performance and meets the all responsibilities of the position (Not bed Ehhh…)

2. Discuss how well the colleage is performing their job, citing examples of both good performance and under performance this is based on results and outcomes against previously agreed target
- Delivering results
- Influencing and Communicating
- Embedding an Accountability culture
- Business Acumen

Also fall under, Good quality performance: The Colleague demonstrates competent and consistent performance and meets the all responsibilities of the position

3. Discuss the colleague ‘s attitude and behaviors in conducting their job, again citing examples of both good performance and under performance:
- Flexibility and Adaptability
- Achievement Drive
- Understanding and Assessing Self
- Understanding people

Exceed Expectations: performance regularly exceeds job requirement and often exceeds expectations, The colleague demonstrate a solid , competent and consistent performance and meet all responsibilities for their position..
